Babbitting of block mains, main caps, rods, rod caps, ball caps and shafts. Line boring, cylinder boring, inserting of valve seats, polishing cranks and cams. Crack repairs including stitch welding and nickel welding. Magneto recharging and field coil rebuilding, transmission rebuilding, Jack Rabbit Clutches and Kevlar band relining.

Auto

Vehicle restoration, bumper to bumper (hmmm, well… if they had bumpers) including and not limited to; front ends and rear ends. Rebuilding of vintage period accessories.

Electrical

Rebuilding of Coils with new points, capacitors and adjusted on our HCCT. Generators, starters, horns, lights, ignition and starter switches, all rebuilt and or repaired.

Engine Machining

Blocks, heads, exhaust ports, cylinder sleaving, installation of valve seats.

Custom Machine Shop

Parts fabrication, welding and brazing. Speedsters, engine mounts anything not otherwise found in any catalog. We have milling machines, lathes, bearing line bore machine, valve machine, crank grinder, cylinder bor machine, 80 ton hydraulic/phnumatic  press, HCCT, magnito test stand, magnito gap gauge, water jacket - pressure leak tester, generator test stand, growler for testing armatures, DC rectified growler for magnet charging, fully instrumented engine test stand with electric start and other related machines and equipment.
